Simpleway offers a 1-year warranty on all products purchased through the official website. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one year from the date of receipt. If during this period, a Simpleway product fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace it at no cost to the customer. However, this warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, normal wear and tear, unauthorized repairs or modifications to the product, or any incidental or consequential damages.

For customers who exceed the warranty within 2 months, we will offer a 20% discount for purchasing a new product.

To make a warranty claim, customers should contact the Simpleway customer service team at support@simpleway.com with their proof of purchase and a description of the issue.

As a condition of this warranty, it is agreed that the remedy provided in this document is the sole remedy under this warranty. All liability for coincidental damages is excluded. The purchaser agrees to retain the original proof of purchase to establish the effective date of this warranty. Should Simpleway or an authorized dealer replace the product under warranty, this replacement shall be considered a transaction under the original warranty and does not extend the original warranty period.
